Last-minute rules reminders for the YCS Milan November 17th, 2010 - 16:13 If you are planning to participate in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Milan, please take note of the following rules clarifications. Card Legality Konami has recently announced changes to the tournament legality of certain promotional cards. There will be further official announcements on http://www.yugioh-card.com regarding this topic very soon, including detailled information which cards are legal for play in Europe and which are not. For the Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Milan, this change does not apply. The legality of promotional cards remains unchanged for this event. That means that Duelists are able to play, for example, Hundred-Eyes Dragon or Beast King Barbaros. End-of-Match procedure The Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series will introduce a new end-of-match procedure. Previously, if Duelists were tied for Duel wins and also tied for life points in their current Duel after extra turns were over, they had to play on until the next life point change, which had the unfortunate potential to significantly delay each round, and therefore, the whole event. The new end-of-match procedure is as follows: Continue until the end of the current turn. If the Duel is not over at the end of the turn, Conduct 5 additional turns starting from the opponent’s turn. If a win condition (a Duelist’s Life Points is reduced to 0 or an instant win condition such as the effect of Exodia the Forbidden One or Final Countdown) occurs within these turns, the Duel ends as normal. If a win condition does not occur within these turns, the Duelist who has higher Life Points after the Extra Turns wins. If both Duelists’ Life Points are the same after the Extra Turns” are completed, the Duel is considered a Draw. After the Duel is concluded, the Duelist who has won the most Duels is declared the winner of the Match. If both Duelists won one Duel and the third Duel ends in a Draw, the Match is considered to be a Draw. If time is called before a Duel begins (during Side Decking, before drawing their opening Hands), and both Duelists have won the same number of Duels, the Match is considered to be a Draw. If time is called before a Duel begins (during Side Decking, before drawing their opening Hands), and one Duelist has won more Duels, the Duelist with more wins is declared the winner of the Match. Please note that this applies only for rounds in the Swiss part of the event. In Single-Elimination, matches can’t end in a draw and the previous end-of-match procedure still applies. Please note that although matches can now end in a draw, Duelists cannot choose to intentionally draw their match. New Card Errata A list with updated card errata has been posted to the “Gameplay” section of http://www.yugioh-card.com. These updated card texts will apply at the YCS Milan. If you have a question about any of these issues, please feel free to ask a judge at the event for clarification.

Massì, si gioca lento e dopo essere uno a uno si sidda talmente lenti che il tempo termina e quando arriva il judge ti decreta il pareggio.

è una s*****ata....se uno vuole pattare lo fa comq ma deve farlo in modo "formale"....passando finkè nn finisce il tempo ad esempio.....ma così nn ha senso.....k ne so...tipo se uno in tanto in quei 40 minuti di turno vuole uscire a prendere una boccata d'aria invece di fare le cose formali x far piacere ai judge?

penso che un self destruct botton, con tutti warning/solenne ecc... ci possa pure stare di side, a un certo punto, piuttosto che perdere meglio pareggiare! U.U

mah sai giocando solenne 7 tools e 2 warning ci arrivo spesso a 7000 di differenza
