Domanda veloce su drago alato di RA

Ciao a tutti. :)

Leggendo la descrizione (quella giocabile ovvio), ok che non attivi trappole, magie ecc... in risposta all'evocazione, ma che non capisco è la frase che dice che quando questa carta è evocata normalmente l'avversario non può attivare magie, trappole o effetti..... fino a quando?? Alla fine del turno?? Non penso sia fino a quando è sul terreno perchè altrimenti è invincibile.
Dove ho letto male???

Ok,trovata la soluzione nel rulling che non sapevo avesse:
Non attiva nulla solo all'evocazione, poi fai boltex e se ne va e perdi:

The effect "When this card is Normal Summoned, the effect of Spells, Traps and Effect Monsters other than this card cannot be activated." of "The Winged Dragon of Ra" is only applied at the time of "When this card is Normal Summoned". After that time passes, players can activate the effects of Spells, Traps, and Effect Monsters.[3]
